aaajiji Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

2.1  Your use of the aaajiji Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance takes effect from the earliest of: (a) the moment you access aaajiji.one; (b) the completion of your Account registration; or (c) the placement of your first bet or deposit, whichever occurs first.

2.2  aaajiji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, aaajiji will endeavor to notify registered Players by email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

2.3  These Terms are available in English. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail. Filipino players are encouraged to read these Terms in full and contact support via live chat if any provision is unclear.

2.4  These Terms should be read in conjunction with aaajiji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the full legal agreement between aaajiji and each registered Player.

3.1  To register an Account on aaajiji, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or above;
• You are accessing aaajiji from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of aaajiji or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with aaajiji or any other gaming platform;
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3.2  Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on aaajiji. Multiple accounts are prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact support immediately.

3.3  During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.4  aaajiji reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or upon detection of unusual account activity. Accepted documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as a valid passport, PhilSys national ID, UMID, SSS ID, or driver's license.

4.1  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. aaajiji will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to adequately secure your login credentials.

4.2  You must notify aaajiji immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach. Notification should be made through the live chat support channel or by email to the support address published on this site.

4.3  You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you were aware of or authorized such activity. aaajiji treats all bets, deposits, and withdrawals made through your Account as having been authorized by you unless you have reported a security compromise prior to the relevant transaction.

4.4  Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or license your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

4.5  aaajiji may, at its sole discretion, request updated documentation or re-verification of your identity at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension.

5.1  aaajiji supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. Supported payment methods and applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits are published in the Cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

5.2  All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits sourced from accounts or wallets belonging to other individuals will be reversed and may result in account suspension.

5.3  The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific payment methods may carry higher minimum amounts as noted in the Cashier section. aaajiji does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply fees independently.

5.4  Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case aaajiji will process the withdrawal to an alternative verified method in the Player's name.

5.5  KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not yet completed identity verification will be prompted to submit documentation upon requesting their first withdrawal. Withdrawals will be held pending verification completion.

5.6  GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within two (2) business hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

5.7  aaajiji does not charge withdrawal processing fees. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests for amounts below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum.

5.8  Withdrawals of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms. Real money balances and bonus balances are tracked separately in your Wallet.

6.1  aaajiji may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional benefits to Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the promotion, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

6.2  Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in each promotion's terms.

6.3  Bonuses are intended for individual recreational use only. aaajiji reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, or wagering in a mathematically risk-free manner to satisfy wagering requirements.

6.4  Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the promotion terms. Use of Bonus Funds on excluded games may result in disqualification of the bonus and forfeiture of associated winnings.

6.5  aaajiji reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This will not affect any bonus already validly claimed by a Player prior to the amendment or withdrawal.

7.1  All bets placed on aaajiji are final once confirmed. Subject to the provisions of these Terms, aaajiji will not reverse, void, or refund bets on the basis of Player error, change of mind, or market movement after bet confirmation.

7.2  In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, aaajiji reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's Wallet. aaajiji's determination in such cases is final.

7.3  Where an error in odds, payouts, or game mechanics results from a software fault or human error, aaajiji reserves the right to void affected bets and correct any erroneously credited winnings. aaajiji will not be liable to pay out winnings derived from manifestly erroneous odds or game mechanics.

7.4  Game outcomes on aaajiji's RNG-based games (slots, bingo, virtual sports, crash games) are determined by independently certified random number generation. Live casino outcomes are determined by the physical actions of live dealers in real time. aaajiji does not manipulate game outcomes or RTP settings beyond the published configurations provided by the game developer.

7.5  Sports betting markets and odds are set by aaajiji's sports trading team. aaajiji reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close betting markets at any time. Maximum payout limits per event and per market type are published in the sportsbook section.

8.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aaajiji Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format;
• Money laundering — using the Platform to process, conceal, or transfer proceeds of crime. aaajiji is required to report suspicious activity to AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council of the Philippines) under applicable law;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to derive winnings not intended by game mechanics;
• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy;
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization;
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been obtained fraudulently;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gameplay.

9.1  aaajiji is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR's published Responsible Gaming guidelines. The Platform provides tools that allow Players to manage their gambling activity including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

9.2  Players who wish to set responsible gaming limits may do so at any time through their Account Settings. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and can be reduced at any time. Requests to increase or remove limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.

9.3  Self-exclusion allows a Player to voluntarily suspend their Account for a defined or indefinite period. Self-excluded Players will not receive marketing communications during the exclusion period. Requests for self-exclusion must be submitted through the live chat support channel or by email, and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

10.1  All content on the aaajiji Platform, including but not limited to the aaajiji brand name, logo, trademarks, domain name, website design, software, games, text, images, video content, and all other materials, is the intellectual property of aaajiji or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

10.2  No content from the aaajiji Platform may be reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of aaajiji or the relevant rights holder.

10.3  Game content available on the Platform, including JILI, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and other third-party titles, remains the intellectual property of the respective game developers and is licensed to aaajiji for use on the Platform. No Player acquires any intellectual property rights in any game content by virtue of playing on aaajiji.

10.4  Players grant aaajiji a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any communications, feedback, or suggestions submitted through support channels or feedback forms for the purpose of improving the Platform.

11.1  The aaajiji Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While aaajiji endeavors to maintain consistent platform availability, aaajiji makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game information, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

11.2  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aaajiji's total liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3  aaajiji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, or loss of profits.

11.4  aaajiji shall not be liable for delays, errors, or failures in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications network failures, acts of God, government actions, or internet service provider outages.

11.5  Nothing in these Terms limits aaajiji's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12.1  aaajiji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where aaajiji reasonably determines that:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• A Player has provided false, fraudulent, or misleading information;
• A Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8;
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe;
• A Player's Account is associated with suspicious transaction activity requiring investigation;
• A Player has self-excluded, or a court or regulatory authority has ordered the suspension of the Account.

12.2  Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, aaajiji will place a hold on the Account balance during the investigation period. Where a breach is confirmed, aaajiji may forfeit the Account balance and any associated bonuses. Where no breach is found, the Account will be reinstated and the balance made available.

12.3  Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting aaajiji support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.4  aaajiji reserves the right to close the Platform entirely or withdraw it from the Philippine market at any time. In such event, aaajiji will provide reasonable notice to registered Players and return verified real money balances prior to closure.

13.1  These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (whether contractual or non-contractual) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.2  aaajiji operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR for online gaming in the Philippines. Regulatory complaints relating to PAGCOR-licensed gaming activities may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

13.3  In the event of a dispute between a Player and aaajiji, the Player is encouraged to contact aaajiji's support team in the first instance, as many disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication. aaajiji is committed to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

13.4  If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.

14.1  aaajiji reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version of the Terms is always accessible at aaajiji.one/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent update is indicated at the top of this document.

14.2  For material changes — those that substantially affect Players' rights or obligations — aaajiji will endeavor to provide at least seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, by means of email notification to registered Players and a notice on the Platform.

14.3  If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the aaajiji Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
